Katipult Lending

A configurable lending platform used by multiple clients to manage loan offerings and investor portfolios. The challenge: giving borrowers, lenders and administrators the role-specific dashboards, payment calculators, analytics and operational workflows each of them needed. My role: I led the UX/UI, working with client teams to define requirements, design the experience and scope implementation with product and engineering.

Katipult Capital Raising

A private-market investment platform for investors and issuers. The challenge: complex investor onboarding across 20+ jurisdictions. My role: I led product design at Katipult, simplifying onboarding into guided steps with clear requirements and saved progress, and bringing investor onboarding, investment opportunities and fundraising activity into one experience.

At Katipult: investor onboarding completion rose from 47% to 85%.

Katipult Donations & Rewards

Campaign pages for community organizations and the people who support them. The challenge: helping supporters understand a campaign, choose how to contribute and see what happens next. My role: I designed the path from campaign discovery through reward selection and giving across desktop and mobile.

FuzeHQ

A workspace for coordinating human and AI work with traceable decisions and delivery. The challenge: keeping ownership, progress and the source of saved knowledge visible as people and AI agents share projects, reviews and memory. My role: I led the product strategy and UX: an overview of ownership, a task pipeline, and a memory that shows where each saved fact came from.

Desktop: Memory as a knowledge graph of people and agents around a release, with one fact opened to show who saved it and its provenance.

Phone: AI work, made visible. A roster of six people and agents, 12 agent runs today, and a live activity feed.

RelationSync

A mobile product for remembering useful context about people and conversations. The challenge: capturing useful details before they are forgotten and finding them again by person. My role: I defined the product strategy and the experience from contact-first onboarding through voice-note capture and searchable timelines. The first-run experience is in review.

06Figma plugin · AI-generated background photo

Docs to Design

A Figma plugin for teams that turn Word documents into polished deliverables. The challenge: client documents arrived as Word files that had to be transcribed into Figma by hand. My role: I built it solo, end to end: plugin, parser, UI and brand. It converts a structured Word document into editable Figma frames in about a minute, after upload and document details.

About

I’m Pheak Meas, a product design leader with 11+ years turning complex workflows into clear, working products. At Katipult, I led product design from MVP through a TSX-V IPO, across onboarding, lending, data-rich platforms and design systems.

With complex products, I start from what each person needs to do next, and ask only what applies to them. On a team, I lead while staying hands-on, working directly with clients, product and engineering from strategy to implementation. Now I design AI-assisted operations, relationship tools and productivity products through MZM Labs.
